This country, with its spectacular beauty will remain with you long after your holiday.  Lake Kariba, an inland man-made sea, is studded with small islands and surrounded by mountains.  The lake offers fishing and a multitude of water sports, and the wildlife along the banks area a sight to behold.

Mana Pools National Park, a world heritage site, attracts staggering numbers of wild animals during the dry season of September and October.  It is also one of the few places to find black rhino.

The Great Zimbabwe, the ancient city which has given the nation its name, a sprawling archipelago of carefully hewn stone, is evidence of an African civilization long before the arrival of Europeans.

Hwange National Park, a large area set aside for wildlife conservation, supports vast herds of elephant along with many other species of birds and animals.  Tree lodges can be found in several of the game camps within the park.  These unique accommodations, along with game viewing in open vehicles, add to the excitement of a visit to Hwange.
